When is the best time to schedule my 3D ultrasound?

For the clearest images and sweetest facial details, we generally recommend booking between 28-32 weeks of pregnancy. If you’re carrying multiples or have specific questions about timing, reach out and we’ll help you choose the best window.

How long will my appointment take?

Most sessions last about 15-30 minutes, depending on the experience you choose and how cooperative baby is during the scan. We build in a little extra time so you never feel rushed.

Can I bring guests with me?

Yes. Our studio is designed as a calm, welcoming space for you and your loved ones. You’re welcome to bring a partner, close family members, or a friend to share the experience.

What if my baby is hiding or we can’t get a clear image?

If baby’s position makes it hard to capture the images we’re aiming for, we’ll do our best to gently encourage movement during your session. If we still can’t get the views we need, we’ll discuss options for a complimentary or discounted rescan, depending on your package and circumstances.

Do you offer medical advice or diagnostic ultrasounds?

No. Babys First Foto provides non-diagnostic, keepsake ultrasound experiences only. Our sessions are designed to complement, not replace, the medical care you receive from your healthcare provider.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

We recommend staying well-hydrated in the days leading up to your visit and having a light snack about 30 minutes before your session, if approved by your provider. Comfortable clothing and arriving a few minutes early will help you settle in and enjoy the experience.

Will I receive digital images or video?

Yes. Every session includes a selection of digital keepsakes, with the option to add prints, albums, and other keepsake items. You’ll receive clear instructions on how and when you’ll access your files before you leave the studio.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that pregnancy can be unpredictable. If you need to adjust your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes and will outline any applicable fees or timelines when you book.
